SUMMARY

Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to Seminole Tribal bar area as well as serving guests and serves according to established policies. This individual must project a professional appearance and demeanor while presenting an image of excitement, enthusiasm and fun to provide our guests with the ultimate entertainment experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* 1-2 years of high volume beverage  servicing experience preferably in a night club and or certificate of mixology or a combination of both training and work experience.
* Must possess knowledge of both food and beverage items.
* Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
* Must have excellent appearance and polished presentation, and Unlimited Enthusiasm.
* Exceptional guest service skills.
* Must possess basic math skills.
* Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.
