Security Officer – 2 Full Time:
Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in working with public under stressful conditions helpful; or an equivalent combination or education and/or work experience. Valid motor vehicle license with good driving record. Must be able to wear a radio earphone without any medical limitations. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position. |
| Marketing |
Player’s Club Representative – 1 Full Time:
The Players Club Representative welcomes and interacts with the guests of the Casino in a courteous and professional manner. This position will respond to inquiries about the Casino's games and services and encourage guests to participate in special promotions. The candidate will also enter guest information into our computer database for future marketing and guest relation projects. Resolve problem situations for the guests in a timely manner, handle crowd control effectively, facilitate marketing promotions & giveaway programs as directed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, possess excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills. Must be able to communicate with guests in a noisy, environment, be able to speak to the general public and/or groups of individuals. Be computer literate and bi-lingual a plus.
Director of Marketing – 1 Full Time:
The Director of Marketing is fully responsible for managing the daily operations of Advertising, promotions and special events and community relations, ensuring a guest atmosphere that is pleasant, enjoyable and fun! Responsible for training and supervision of marketing personnel; evaluates those personnel directly supervised in accordance with personnel guidelines. Communicates with all supervisors and support staff on daily needs, requirements and expectations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Five (5) five years Casino Marketing Management or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must have a thorough understanding of the Casino, Advertising, Special Events, Promotions and Community Relations programs, with the ability to analyze market trends, promotions, special events, ROI, media placement and community relations. Must be able to work a variety of schedules to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Must have the ability to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities on a supervisory, clerical, accounting and guest service level. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem solving skills required. Must be able to speak to the general public and/or groups of individuals. Must be able to analyze marketing and promotions data. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred.

| Food & Beverage |
Steward – 1 Full Time:
Directly assist the Chef to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Must adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Assists with maintenance of Food and Beverage equipment including cleaning and polishing. Assists with keeping storage areas clean and organized. Assists with storage and rotation of Food and Beverage products. Assists with cleaning dishes, pots, pans and glassware as needed. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds. Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments and have flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to stand and walk foe extended periods of time. Must be able to tolerate second hand cigarette smoke. High School Diploma and two years cash handling and POS experience. Excellent communication skills. |

Employment Preference
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to other members of federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
