MANAGER, TAD OPERATIONS

Summary
The TAD Manager is responsible for the long range and daily direction, planning, budgeting, training and operations of the TAD Department to ensure optimal performance levels and to achieve company goals, in conjunction with the Director of Gaming Operations. The incumbent directs, coordinates and administers daily activities of the TAD operations area.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree and five to ten (5-10) years of related gaming experience required; three (3) years as a supervisor. Two (2) years of Class II Gaming experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

Must have proven analytical skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detail. Broad-based strategic planning abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse group of individuals.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.

Implementation of departmental budget. Analyze productivity, market data and TAD statistics. Reconcile accounts, compute interest, discounts and percentages. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data base software.

This position requires standing and sitting for long periods; lifting up to 10 pounds; walking; frequent finger and manual dexterity; grasping, bending and reaching motions, consistent with regular office and computer work.


Employment Preference
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to other members of federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
