USET Gaming Rolls Into Tampa
TAMPA - The Fifth Annual USET Gaming Association Conference will be held at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel here from March 8-10.
Topics of the three-day event include: Lobbying In a Changing Environment, NIGC (National Indian Gaming Commission) Reporting Responsibilities, and Finding the Right People for the Job - how to find and recruit management talent.
The conference is aimed at members of the United South and Eastern Tribes, which includes 23 tribes from 14 states. Other sessions will be aimed at marketing, surveillance, and tourism development.
On Monday, attendees will tee off at a golf outing set for 9 a.m. at the Walden Lake Golf Course. Tuesday and Wednesday are devoted to business meetings. A trade show featuring 40 exhibitors will also be held at the Four Points, a Seminole Tribe-owned hotel.
