Behavioral Analyst
Full Time

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing individualized services to children and youth to assess and remediate identified behavioral challenges, which will inhibit successful integration into the community. The individual provides Functional Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans and one on one treatment based therapy in the home or school as referred to the Children Center for Diagnostics & Therapy (CCDT) Program. The incumbent conducts behavioral diagnostics to identify children’s needs. The incumbent will collect data, select treatment procedures, implement specific intervention procedures, write and monitor intervention plans, and implement procedures designed to achieve proficiency, maintenance and generalization. The incumbent documents provision of patient care, works cooperatively with STOF’s support staff and participates in special projects as may be necessary. Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university with certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The incumbent must possess a current license in the State of Florida. A minimum of five (5) years related work experience. The individual must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must have the ability to travel to all STOF’s Reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
